Meenu Sikand is our Vice Chair, and she is the founder and CEO of Accessibility for All. She focuses on public education campaigns to raise disability and diversity, as well as human rights training. She is a highly experienced C-Suite leader across healthcare, corporate, and non-profit sectors while leading large organizations in dismantling ableism and racism.
She has received many accolades, including the Community Service Award from the Indo-Canada Chambers of Commerce, 2020 Senior Executive of the Year Award from the Canadian Center of Diversity & Inclusion, and the Accessibility Champion Award for the Region of Peel. She is also the first South Asian woman included in the Canadian Disability Hall of Fame.
