Hubert Van Niekerk

Hubert Van Niekerk is Executive Director at Every Canadian Counts. He has a long history as a special education educator, community leader and volunteer in the disabled community. In addition to leading ECC as Executive Director, he has been involved with the Ontario Association for Developmental Education for 20 years. He is on the L’Arche London board of directors and also engaged in a year-long teacher work exchange to Australia.
